Hello,
I thought I should introduce myself. My name is Orio. Some manual focus lenses diehards might know me from other forums.
I shoot mainly Zeiss albeit not exclusively.
If you'd like to be friends with me please never try to part me from, or speak bad of, my Distagons 2/28 and 1.4/35 :proud:
I also love the Biogons and my G2 system.
I own quite a number of Zeiss lenses but perhaps it's not the right moment to list them all.
In my wish list as future Zeiss purchases, are the Ikon camera with the Biogon 2/35, and some other lenses of the Z line, both rangefinder and reflex.
Unfortunately these don't come as cheap as the used Contax lenses, so my progress in the Z lens department is not going to be fast at all.
My main web site is www.oriofoto.net but I have other plans cooking as well.
I like shooting live events. I have series that go on since some years: my Carnival series, for instance. Or the historical reconstructions events.
I'm looking forward to meet other Zeiss fans here and also extend discussion to some non-Zeiss interesting lenses.
Orio
