Biogon 21/2.8 modification

Has anyone taken the protective 'wings' off the back element of the Biogon 21/2.8 yet? I'm trying to adapt it for the m4/3 but these 'wings' get in the way. I would like to remove them, but be able to re-install them later if necessary.

You might try posting this to our Sister site, many members have adapted all types of lenses to the new u4/3 format.

Thanks! I've looked over there and it's very interesting!! However, I've found that removing the protectors is not a reversible thing and would do wonders should I sell the lens X-(
