I suspect it is a post-war Russian finished lens. I could not see a cutout on the RF cam, which would be required for a 5.8cm F1.5 lens. An indexed-Cam is needed for correct focus.
At over $200, I would let it go by.

"V" means "vergütet", same thing as "T".

T denotes a Zeiss multicoating, wheras V just means coated, so that could mean single-coating also.
