I just joined the forum, so am naive to its founding purpose and goals or direction. I bought a 35mm f2 ZE (Canon mount) to use on my 5D MarkII. I was stunned by the IQ. I have since got the 100mm f/2 Makro-Planar. I will be selling most of my canon L glass lens to help make the change to the Zeiss world. One can't go back.

I'm curious to know if there are other digital shooters on the forum. I would certainly enjoy sharing techniques and experiences with these incredible lens.

If not - I'll be a silent observer for a bit. I do know about the digilody site and am a frequent visitor to that Zeiss source.

Happy pixels - or grains.

Welcome to the Forum.

We have some others that use Zeiss on Canon, even the newer ones... I use Zeiss on my Canons, but they are some 40 to 50 years older than yours.

I have been using my Zeiss lenses on the Leica M8 since I received the camera.

Feel free to post on the forums, and to upload images to the gallery. It has a 1MByte limit, and 1024 max dimension for pictures. Should be good enough for hosting images for other sites as well. The forum is set up to make it easy to cut and paste the image into others forums as well.
