Question about an older ikon

I hate to be the new member who barges in with only one thing to talk about, but I need some information on this. I know that there are a -ton- of ikon cameras out there of varying types, but I need to know more about this particular one, how old it is, resale value, etc...thanks in advance for the help.

This is one of the later Zeiss 35mm cameras, scale-focus.

I can't read the name of the lens on it.

If it is a "Tessar", the value is more. The German cameras moved to "Triotar's" and such to keep cost down and compete with the Japanese.

I'm guessing $40~$60 or so. Report back on the lens and working condition.
