Just thought I'd share a couple of Biogon 35/2 images. I think the lens is terrific. All shots photographed with a Leica M6 classic on Kodak BW400CN film:

Hmmm. well I would not say this lens is terrific. At f4 and above it is terrific but, and this is a big but, my example is decidedly soft at f2 and only a little better at f2.8. What is the point of a fast-ish 35mm rragefinder lens where you need to avoid using it wide open? It is a real shame as stopped down it is excellent.

My Zeiss G Planar 35mm f2 knock the spots off it wide open, I have to say.

Well, the pictures are fantastic. But yeah, it needs to be a lot more sharp-ish wide open.

Excellent images. I just got the lens last week and I can't wait to use it.

I would love to see some landscape or dinner table type pics with this lens wide open...

I'm green with envy... :)
