Wondering what Lens Adaptor I need

I have recently purchased a Carl Zeiss Jennar 70-210mm lens which I would like to mount on my Canon 400D EOS. I have tried a M42 mount which I use on one of my other old lenses but its too small. Does anyone know what adaptor I need

Is it a screw mount zoom? As far as I'm aware, zoom lenses marketed as CZ Jena aren't Zeiss in any way, but are rebadged lenses from third party manufacturers (Sigma?) who have merely re-used the name. I think these 'Jenazoom' lenses appeared in a variety of modern mounts, not just those the original CZJ lenses appeared in (M42, Exakta, Praktica B and the like). So your lens could be almost any mount. Any possibility of a picture of the mount end?
