I've added a few new Jupiter lenses to my Contax line-up. I've been quite taken with a 1955 KMZ J-3 adapter to my Contax II, and recently picked up a Green J-11 (military use?) and a 1959 J-9. Add to that the J-12 that I've had for a while, and a Black J-9 that I corrected the shims for.

Results with the 1955 KMZ J-3 are here:

And I'll be scanning and adding shots with the other Jupiters when I get them back.
The Jupiters are bargains, if you are willing to invest time into them. Be ready to adjust the shims on them.
BUT: The total cost of the J-3, J-9, J-11, and J-12 was about $175. About 15% of the cost of a Zeiss 5cm F1.5, 8.5cm F2, 13.5cm F4, and 3.5cm F2.8 Biogon.
J-3, wide-open on the Contax II.

Focus with the J-3 is spot-on, in this case the blade running across the image.
I've not had much luck with Kiev cameras. I've tried three of them. The Contax II's in the pictures ran $200 each with a CLA.
