Seems to be very reasonable price ... hope it isn't a typo!

That is a LOW price!
135/4's tend to go for reasonable prices, but that is really low. I've picked up Nikkor 13.5cm F3.5's in the $40 range.
Is anyone planning to buy it? I have no use for it otherwise I might.

A colleague enquired about the lens and was advised:
Glass has quite a few scratches
Dust
Some fungus
... lens is still available and the price is correct ie £14 ... might be worth that for the case ... or for parts ... or as a project after cleaning up could be a good portrait lens.

I'm still looking for a Nikon LTM 13.5cm lens.

I've got 135mm Nikkors in LTM and Nikon rangefinder mounts. I've used the thread mount version on a Canon 7s quite a bit at vintage auto races.
I'm still looking for a Nikon LTM 13.5cm lens.
If you are looking for a working example there is one here listed under Leica LTM http://www.collectablecameras.com/list.pdf

They have some great prices in there! 1950s vintage J-3 and J-9 look like good prices. Wonder what shipping to the US is like...
