This fine example of a telescope used for astronomy belongs to Mr. John Pons of North Hollywood, CA. The telescope houses a vintage Carl Zeiss Jena objective lens. The telescope's mounting system was built by the Edward R. Byers CO. in Barstow, California. More about this telescope system may be found at Clear Nights Astronomy Forum: http://clearnights.forummotion.com/index.htm

I'm thinking that is more than a 10" scope! Looks more like 100" FL.

Yes the scope is larger. The objective is 10"OD but the tube with compensation cell is about 12-13 inches OD.

Got it- the Focal length is 160". I'm so used to Focal Length followed by F-stop. But telescopes are diameter of the collecting lens, and then F-stop.
